If you haven't read the news graciously shared by Ryan Erickson over at CGBlog.org and you are in the Hampton Roads area, then you may be missing out!
Last week, Ryan shared information about the Joint Military Spouses Committee putting on a day of pampering from 5:30-8:30 pm on 5/12/10 at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. I keep trying to link to Ryan's article, but blogger is not liking me tonight. Anyway, get over to CGBlog.org and search "pampering" for more information.
You can also call your local Family Support Center for information, but that may mean local to Virginia, because I doubt Sitka or Guam would have the information. ;)
